On December 5, 2017, Vice Minister of Commerce Qian Keming and Chad’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation Hissein Brahim Taha jointly presided over the second meeting of China-Chad Joint Economic and Trade Committee and they discussed topics of common concern including the implementation of the “10 major cooperation projects” between China and Africa in Chad and the promotion of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Besides, Qian introduced the related situations about the first China International Import Expo to Chad and invited Chad to send delegation for participation. After the meeting, both sides jointly signed the minutes of the meeting and economic and trade documents such as economic and technical cooperation agreement.
