On the morning of November 25, Vice Minister Qian Keming attended virtually in Beijing the delivery ceremony of the Chinese government’s vaccine and medical supplies assistance to Laos and gave a speech. The assistance was organized and implemented by the Ministry of Commerce and the provincial government of Yunnan, and aims to support the vaccination program and epidemic control in Laos. Also in attendance were Laos health Minister Phoummalaysith, Li Malin, vice governor of Yunnan, CIDCA deputy director Deng Qingbo, and representatives from other agencies concerned.
