On the afternoon of July 27, Vice Minister Qian Keming and Commissioner Amira Elfadil for Social Affairs of the African Union held an online signing ceremony on the project of the Africa CDC headquarters building (Phase I). Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Health Commission, China International Development Cooperation Agency and Chinese Ambassador to the African Union were also present at the ceremony.
