On the afternoon of November 26, 2019, Vice Minister Qian Keming and Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry of Liberia Bangura co-chaired the second meeting of the China-Liberia Joint Economic and Trade Committee in Beijing. Broad consensus was reached on strengthening cooperation in the fields of agriculture, trade, and investment under the “Eight Major Initiatives” proposed at the FOCAC summit. After the meeting, the two parties signed the minutes of the meeting.
