On the morning of July 2, Vice Minister Qian Keming attended the Belt and Road Forum for Regional Cooperation and Development jointly held by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Economy of Belarus in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, and delivered a speech. During the forum, he and Belarusian Minister of Economy Krutoy signed The Transfer Certificate of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Usha River Reconstruction Project in the Belarusian Industrial Park. During the visit, Vice Minister Qian Keming also held working meetings with Belarusian Economy Minister Krutoy, Finance Minister Yermolovich and Deputy Minister of Economy Perminova.
